A physical qubit is a hardware element. A logical qubit is encoded across physical hardware so errors can be detected and corrected. A headline qubit count alone says little about useful performance.
For an Ireland-based machine, report quality beside scale: two-qubit errors, coherence, calibration stability, connectivity, logical error per operation, and the performance of a workload against a classical baseline. The ratio of physical to logical qubits depends on the hardware and error-correcting code.
The 100-to-one-million path on this site is an ambition, not an announcement of built capacity. The first public milestone should be a verifiable benchmark, not a large number.
